Yes, it hurts, but in my opinion, it's worth it. It stays super smooth for a week or two, then it starts to grow back. It's not really noticible for another week or so. It's recommended that you get waxed about every 4-6 weeks. At that point, it's like a quarter of an inch long, which is the length it needs to be to have the waxing actually work.
